Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from The Shipping Lounge LLC. These messages include account sign-in PINs, package-ready and pickup notifications, other service-related notifications, and occasional offers relating to your Shipping Lounge services.

How to Opt In

You can opt in by submitting your mobile number and checking the consent box on our text message sign-up form, or in person at the time of service. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Shipping Lounge does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirming message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
