How a print order works

From the first question to the finished box on the counter, you deal with one team.

    Pick a product, quantity, and size — or describe the project and we'll recommend the right stock and finish.

  2. Upload your artwork

    Send it through the upload page. Print-ready PDF works best: 300 dpi CMYK 0.125 in bleed.

  3. Approve your proof

    We send a digital proof with your quote. Nothing goes to press until you sign off.

  4. Pick up or ship

    Collect your order at the Lounge, or have it shipped anywhere — we're a shipping store, after all.

How does pricing work?

Print pricing changes with size, paper stock, quantity, number of sides, and finish. Quoting each job means you pay for exactly what you order instead of a one-size price.

What file types do you accept?

A print-ready PDF is best. We can also work with AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files. For sharp results, set artwork at 300 dpi in CMYK with 0.125 in bleed on every edge.

Can you match the business card I already have?

Yes. Bring a card to the store or upload a photo with your request, and we'll quote a match on the closest stock and finish.

How long does printing take?

Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, and finishing. Your quote includes a ready date, and you can tell us on the form when you need it in hand.

I only need a few pages printed. Can I do that?

Yes. Upload your document on the upload page and pick it up at the store, or bring it in on a phone, email, or flash drive and we'll print it at the counter.

Do you handle large orders for organizations?

Yes. We quote volume work for businesses, churches, schools, nonprofits, and government agencies, including repeat orders like weekly bulletins and seasonal mailers.
