The Shipping Lounge is an independent, locally owned shipping and mailbox store in the Village at Sandhill in Columbia, South Carolina. We opened our doors on July 15, 2026.

Why I opened it

I've owned and run a business in Columbia for more than 20 years: Natural Wigs Store. I know what it takes to keep customers coming back, and I know how it feels when a package goes missing or a line wraps out the door.

So I built the kind of store I wanted to walk into. Shipping done right the first time. A safe place for your packages instead of your porch. A real street address for your mail. Notary, fax and printing at the same counter. And a person behind that counter who knows your name.

Our line is "We ship with love," and we mean it. Stop in and say hello.
